Question 1

Why not just hire a consultant or lawyer?

Accepted Answer

Until now, registering a company yourself was nearly impossible—complex SECP forms, legal jargon, and bureaucratic procedures required expensive middlemen. FormOne changes that. We've automated the technical complexity so you own the entire process. You're in control of your timeline, you track progress in real-time, and you're not dependent on anyone's schedule. Plus, you save ₨18,000-63,000+ compared to consultants who charge ₨30,000-75,000. It's true DIY, but we handle all the hard parts.

Question 2

How long does the registration process take?

Accepted Answer

With our Premium package, 3-5 business days from submission to certificate. Essential package takes 7-10 days. Most time is spent at SECP, not with us. You can complete our online form in 15-20 minutes.

Question 3

What documents do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

You'll need CNICs of all directors and shareholders (minimum 2 persons), a registered office address in Pakistan, and details about your company structure (share capital, business activities). We guide you through each requirement in our simple form.

Question 4

Can I register a company if I'm outside Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can register a Pakistani company from anywhere in the world. However, you need at least one director who is a Pakistani national or resident. We handle everything digitally—no need to visit any office.

Question 5

What's the minimum capital requirement?

Accepted Answer

There's no minimum capital requirement for a Private Limited Company in Pakistan. You can start with as little as ₨100. However, the capital duty (0.4% of authorized capital) is calculated based on your declared capital.

Question 6

What's included in the pricing?

Accepted Answer

We offer two packages: Essential (₨12,000) for straightforward DIY registrations with 7-10 day processing, and Premium (₨20,000 - Coming Soon) which will include NTN registration. The Essential package includes all SECP documents, filing, and real-time tracking. Additionally, you'll pay government fees (₨3,000-5,000 filing fee + 0.4% capital duty + ₨500 name reservation) directly to SECP.

Question 7

What if my company name is rejected?

Accepted Answer

Our system checks name availability against SECP's database in real-time, so rejections are rare. If your name is rejected, you can choose a new name at no extra cost, and we'll resubmit immediately.

Question 8

Do you handle tax registration and compliance?

Accepted Answer

No. FormOne focuses exclusively on SECP company registration. We don't handle FBR registration, NTN, sales tax, annual returns, or ongoing compliance. Once you're incorporated, you'll need to work with an accountant or tax advisor for those services.

Question 9

What happens after I receive my certificate?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive your Certificate of Incorporation, MoA, AoA, and all filed forms digitally via email. You can then open a business bank account, register with FBR for NTN, and start doing business. We provide a checklist of next steps.

Question 10

Can I change company details later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but that's a separate process with SECP (Form 29 for certain changes). FormOne handles initial registration only. Changes to directors, address, capital, or business activities after incorporation are not included in our service.

Question 11

What if SECP rejects my application?

Accepted Answer

With our 99.2% approval rate, rejections are extremely rare. If your application is rejected due to an error on our part, we provide a full refund. If it's due to incorrect information you provided, we'll help you resubmit at no extra charge.
