Terms of Service

By accessing or using FormOne's website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and FormOne ("FormOne," "we," "us," or "our").

FormOne is a company registration automation platform that streamlines the process of incorporating companies with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

2.1 Services Provided

• •Online company name availability checking
• •Digital form completion and submission to SECP
• •Document generation (MOA, AOA, and other incorporation documents)
• •Application tracking and status updates
• •Document repository and download access
• •Customer support throughout the registration process

2.2 Service Limitations

FormOne is a facilitator and automation platform. We:

• •Do NOT provide legal advice or services
• •Do NOT guarantee SECP approval of your application
• •Do NOT control SECP processing times or decisions
• •Are NOT responsible for information accuracy provided by users

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must:

• •Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• •Maintain and update your information as needed
• •Keep your password secure and confidential
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

4.1 Service Fees

• •Fees are displayed on our pricing page and during checkout
• •Fees include FormOne's service charges and SECP government fees
• •All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• •Prices may change with notice on our website

4.2 Payment Terms

• •Payment is required before application submission to SECP
• •We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods
• •All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• •Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5.1 You Agree To:

• •Provide accurate and truthful information
• •Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• •Comply with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations
• •Respond promptly to requests for additional information

5.2 You Agree NOT To:

• ✗Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• ✗Use the Services for money laundering or illegal activities
• ✗Attempt to circumvent or hack our security measures
• ✗Use automated tools to access our Services without permission
• ✗Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
• ✗Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

6.1 Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are owned by FormOne and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use your information solely for the purpose of providing our Services and submitting your application to SECP.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• •Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services
• •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• •Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormOne shall not be liable for:

• •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• •Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• •SECP's rejection or delay of your application
• •Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users
• •Interruptions or errors in service delivery
• •Actions or decisions of SECP or other government authorities

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• •Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• •Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• •Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• •Guarantees of SECP approval or specific processing times

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FormOne, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• •Your use or misuse of the Services
• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any rights of another party
• •False or misleading information you provide
• •Your violation of any law or regulation

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@formone.pk. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

10.2 By FormOne

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• •Breach of these Terms
• •Fraudulent or illegal activity
• •Non-payment of fees
• •At our sole discretion

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including warranties, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

11.3 Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@formone.pk to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
